Deposits are $400.00-$600.00 per kitten and are non-refundable but are transferable to future litters.
Savannah Prices
F2 Savannahs $8500-$12,000
F3 Savannahs $4800-$6500
F4 Savannahs $4000-$5000
F5 Savannahs $3500-$4500
F6, F7 and later Savannahs $2500-$4000

Strict Spay/Neuter
Our Kittens are sold on a strict spay and neuter contract and are fixed before leaving for their new homes. This procedure is done at 11-14 weeks of age for most kittens. Surgery is done at this age by our veterinarian. Kittens come home bright and alert and heal at twice the speed of a kitten altered at an older age.
I will rarely give full Breeding rights to savannahs!
Please Call for more info on Breeding rights, it's a HUGE responsibility and way more than just putting two cats together.

Wait Lists
We began accepting deposits after kittens are born unless you are on the VIP waitlist. All deposits are non-refundable, you may forfeit your deposit for a particular litter, and we will transfer your deposit to a future litter for up to 24 months.
Our Kittens can leave for their new home between 12-16 weeks old
General Waitlist
You can be added to Our General Waitlist after you fill out our Kitten application. There is no deposit to be added. After The VIP List makes their choices, I go down the general waitlist and notify you if there's any availability.
VIP Waiting List
This means after you fill out a Kitten application and are approved, we will accept a deposit from you to be notified and picked from new litter before the general public.
VIP Waitlist Families are first come, first serve, so if you are the first to be put on the list, you will be 1st to choose from the Kittens. If you are 2nd on the list, then you have 2nd choice, etc... However, we always reserve the right to 1st pick of any litter we produce.
We will send you a notification via email or give you a courtesy call/text to let you know we have a new litter. If you pass or no response within 72 hours, then the next person in line will have the option of choosing their pick, and so on. If you pass, you will still have your spot for choice on the next litter or be moved up a spot depending on the upcoming litter.
Your VIP deposit will expire two years from the date of deposit, so you will be able to see upcoming litters first until you find the perfect Kitten. We also have up to two years to provide you with the kitten you desire, if we do not we will refund the deposit.
The deposit will go towards the Kitten purchase price and be deducted from your total and the remaining balance.

We do have a flight Nanny, which can range from $500-$850+/-.
We highly recommend you fly to our Airport DEN -(Denver International Airport) and we will meet you there with the Kitten and a flight bag included this can save you $100s.

Kittens are to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age! If you fail to pay in full by 8 weeks of age, you will lose your deposit, and they will be reposted for Adoption.
